Ecuador Inti Nam is a blend of coffees from the Zamora, Pichincha, and Imbabura regions of Ecuador, grown at 1900 meters altitude. This coffee features the Typica Mejorado variety, which is a hybrid of Bourbon and Ethiopian Heirloom. The beans undergo a 48-hour cherry fermentation, followed by pulping and an additional 24-hour fermentation before washing. The resulting cup is complex and balanced with a full body and fruity characteristics, offering flavor notes of stone fruit, macadamia nut, and muscovado sugar.
