This coffee is from El Dorado Farm in Loja, Ecuador, at 1760-1810 meters altitude. Produced by Juan Peña, this is Lot #3 of SL28 variety, picked in November 2025 and arrived in January 2026. The coffee is processed using Light Anaerobic Washed method. The farm is located on the misty slopes of the Andes Mountains, benefiting from Pacific fog and fertile volcanic soils. El Dorado Farm follows organic cultivation practices combined with biodynamic principles and has received multiple Cup of Excellence awards.
