A fruity and refreshing light coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region, sourced from the Sasaba Washing Station. The coffee is processed as washed and features Heirloom variety beans grown by over 500 smallholder farmers at altitudes between 2000-2150 meters. The washing station is led by Tsehgaye Hagos Tesfaye and supports local farmers through training and cooperative practices.
Established in 2011 in Ålesund, JACU is named after a bird known for selecting only the best coffee berries, a philosophy that guides their sourcing of high-quality, traceable beans.
