Duke is a blend from Brazilian partners at Fazenda Nunes and Santa Hedwirges. This full-bodied coffee features low acidity and a clean finish. The blend includes Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra varieties grown at 2300 meters altitude in Peru's Amazonas region, specifically at Finca Las Flores de Luya. The coffee is washed processed and roasted for espresso. Flavor profile includes notes of pear, blood orange, milk chocolate, cane sugar, chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut. Works equally well with milk or as straight espresso.
