Dossokam is a natural process coffee from El Salvador's Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, grown by farmer Andrés Salaverría at 1200-1300 meters altitude. The blend includes Anacafe 14, Catuaí, Bourbon, Red Icatu, and Marselleza varieties. This coffee displays a creamy body with notes of nuts, stone fruits, and dark chocolate, crafted by a family-owned export company with over 100 years of expertise.
