Decaffeinated at origin by Descafecol using a Washed EA (Ethyl Acetate) process with natural EA derived from sugarcane and high mountain spring water. Medium roast with a balanced, sweet, dessert-like profile. Cup score: 85.50. Tasting notes of glazed donut, cacao nibs, citrus, and pecan. Suitable for filter and espresso.
