This Robusta Sẻ lot is sourced from the Di Linh region in Lâm Đồng, Vietnam, a highland area known for its ideal microclimate for Robusta cultivation. The coffee is processed using the honey method, where cherries are washed, floated, and pulped dry before undergoing a light 72-hour fermentation on raised drying beds. This process results in a clean, honest cup with a pronounced bean-forward character, offering clear and well-defined flavors without distracting fermentation notes.
The Married Beans is a specialty coffee producer and roastery based in Đà Lạt, Vietnam, founded in 2015, with a focus on vertically integrated production from farm to finished coffee. They collaborate with more than 60 local farmers across approximately 150 hectares to produce high-quality Arabica coffee.
