This Swiss-Water decaffeinated coffee is a micro-lot from the El Vergel Estate in the Tolima region of Colombia. Grown at 1550 meters, this Caturra variety coffee undergoes an inoculated co-fermentation process before being patio dried. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of watermelon, powdery candy, honeycomb, and caramel. It is a moderate roast suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
