Made from Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties, processed naturally before decaffeination via the Swiss Water Process. Medium roasted with a chocolate-forward profile, offering tasting notes of Cacao Nib, Cashew Nut, and Marshmallow. Scored 83.25 on the SCA scale. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing, black or with milk.
