This is a single origin decaf coffee from Ethiopia, specifically from the Abay Teka District in the Sidama region. Produced by Alemu Adama at elevations between 1750 and 1950 meters above sea level, this coffee is made from Mixed Heirloom Varietals. The beans undergo washed processing with EA Decaf treatment. The cup offers well-balanced flavors with pear acidity and milk chocolate sweetness, complemented by dried apricot notes. Harvested between March and June 2025.
