Natural processed coffee from Delicias, El Paraíso region in Honduras at 1350-1500 meters elevation. Producer Danilo Sanchez grows the Parainema variety. The beans undergo 50-hour anaerobic fermentation in a plastic bag followed by 20-25 days of sun drying with temperature regulation. Fruity and saturated profile with ripe dark berries, candied lemon, and slightly boozy notes. Tropical lingering aftertaste. Roasted for filter brewing.
