This coffee originates from the villages surrounding the Danche Station in the Gedeb Zone of Ethiopia. The cherries undergo a natural process, including a 3-day dry fermentation in tanks followed by 16-21 days of sun-drying on raised screens. This method results in a coffee with vibrant fruit aromatics and a distinct personality. Tasting notes include blueberry, pineapple, kiwi, and peach.
