Smallholder farmers in the remote community of Tablahuasi, in Cusco's Ocobamba district, grow Typica, Caturra, Bourbon, and Catimor at high altitude. The washed processing brings clarity to the cup, letting the fruit-forward character shine through: tart cherry and raisin sweetness grounded by milk chocolate richness and a full body.
