It is a washed coffee made from Caturra, Catuai Red, Catuai Yellow, and Tipica Hibrido varieties. The light-medium roast delivers medium-bodied richness with caramelized sugar, milk chocolate, and citrus orange tasting notes. The beans undergo an intensive selection process with over 30,000 man-hours of hand selection, making it a highly prized estate coffee.
