This coffee is a Marsellesa variety from the San Juanillo farm in the West Valley region of Costa Rica, grown at an altitude of 1400-1500 meters. It is processed using a Red Honey method, resulting in a clean cup with a light roast profile. The flavor profile features juicy notes of grape juice and cherry, complemented by the tartness and sweetness of apple and cranberry, with a lingering caramel aftertaste and hints of pink flower and candy.
