Produced by Tatiana Vargas and her mother Doña Leda on their family farm, Legados Café Artesanal. The coffee features an H1 hybrid variety from World Coffee Research's F1 line, known for early production, high yields, and rust resistance. Natural processed with tasting notes of stone fruit, almond, dragon fruit, apple, and molasses. The farm uses a diversified shade system and avoids insecticides and herbicides.
