This coffee is sourced from the San Luis mill in Costa Rica, managed by brothers Alexander and Magali Delgado. It features the SL-28 variety, which is processed using the white honey method, where most of the fruit is removed before sun drying. The flavor profile offers notes of warm summer fruit, blackberry juice, and summery panela lemonade. This coffee is characterized by a dense body, making it a suitable choice for daily brewing.
The first coffee roaster in Cambridge, Broadsheet opened in 2017 , with owner Aaron McDougall, a finalist at the US Roasting Championship, shifting into coffee from a previous careerin banking.
