This single-origin Costa Rica coffee comes from the Rio Negro farm in Coto Brus, grown at 1,000–1,200 meters. The beans are washed and parchment-dried and roasted to a medium level, yielding a juicy body with gentle floral acidity. Tasting notes include cherry, marzipan, pear, cashew, chamomile, and Meyer lemon. The farm is Rainforest Alliance certified and uses water-saving processing methods.
