This single-origin coffee comes from Finca Voo in Copey de Dota, Tarrazú, Costa Rica, managed by Ivan Gerardo Solís Rivera and Leandra Cordero. The lot is Red Catuai processed as a natural and grown at 1500–2000 m. Tasting notes list raisin, date, almond, and orange. Roasted for filter brewing, it presents a bright, fruit-forward profile with nutty sweetness and a clean body.
