This coffee originates from the Harmony micro-mill, located in the Santa Maria municipality within Costa Rica's Dota canton, adjacent to Tarrazú. The mill is a one-family operation founded by Guillermo Fallas Mata, servicing coffee trees over 20 years old. The variety is Catuai Red, processed using the Red Honey method. The coffee is exported by Exclusive Coffees, a specialist in Costa Rican micro-mill lots. It was ranked #10 on Leaderboard Coffee Season S16 in 2024.
