A single-origin Arabica coffee from Finca Tacacal in the West Valley region of Costa Rica, grown at 1400–1650 meters altitude. Produced by the Aguilera Brothers, a Cup of Excellence–winning family farming 60 hectares, with the Villa Sarchi variety. Processed using the Honey method with a 2023 crop year. Medium roast (City+) with remarkable juicy acidity and fruit-like sweetness, featuring cooked citrus fruit, caramel, and mild raisin flavors.
