This coffee comes from Finca Casa de Pierda, meaning "stone house," owned and operated by the Arias family since 2013. The 50-hectare farm is located at an altitude between 1500-1800 meters above sea level in Costa Rica. Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked, selected, and dried on raised beds. The variety is Red Catuai, processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features pink lady apples, citrus, pecan nuts, and milk chocolate.
An Örebro-based roastery born from a love of coffee, using a "slow roast" method in small batches to allow each coffee's unique flavor and character to develop.
