This coffee is a Typica variety from the Don Sabino farm, located in the San Isidro de Alajuela region of Costa Rica's Central Valley. Grown at an altitude between 1500 and 1900 meters, this coffee is processed using the natural method. It features a light roast profile with a flavor profile characterized by notes of orange peel, apricot, red apple, honey, and a gentle cinnamon tea finish.
