A washed Colombian coffee from the Coocentral Cooperative in Pitalito, Huila, grown by smallholder farmers on farms of 2–3 hectares at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,000 meters above sea level. The cooperative has 3,747 members delivering parchment coffee to collection points across the Central Huila region. Varieties include Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo. Roasted light, with tasting notes of red apple, dried fruits, and honey.
