Connection is a medium roast cold-brew blend sourced from Colombia and Brazil. The coffee is a mix of various varieties processed both washed and natural, grown at elevations around 1200–2000 masl. Tasting notes highlight creamy caramel and chocolate with Kit-Kat-like sweetness and a smooth finish; the blend has high sweetness and low acidity, suited for cold brew, drip, or French press.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose. Their custom roast profiles elevate natural coffee characteristics from sparkling acidity to brown sugar sweetness, while maintaining longterm relationships with farmers through premium pricing.
