This organic espresso roast comes from Café Orgánico Marcala S.A. (COMSA), a cooperative founded in 2001 in the La Paz department of Honduras, at altitudes of 1,500–1,800 meters. Grown by smallholder farmers, the coffee is 100% Arabica, featuring Bourbon, Catuai, Icatu, and Tipica varieties, and processed using the washed method. Certified organic (DE-ÖKO-001). Flavor notes include milk chocolate, cream, and waffle.
