This coffee is a Caturra variety from the Quebraditas Coffee Farm in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1850 meters. It undergoes a unique yellow fruits co-fermentation process, where a mix of yellow fruits and yeast is added during a 72-hour fermentation period, followed by mechanical drying. The resulting cup offers a vibrant and tropical flavor profile with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, honey mango, and piña colada.
Stay High Coffee Roasters was launched in London in February 2023 by Tom and Kat, who met while working as baristas. They are passionate about ethical sourcing and sustainability, with a focus on light to medium roasts that create sweet and balanced coffees.
