A Colombian decaf sourced from various farms across the Cauca, Tolima, Antioquia, and Eje Cafetero regions, grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,100 masl. Processed using the EA Sugarcane Decaffeination method. Roasted at an Omni level suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Flavor notes include pear, peach, yellow floral, toffee apple, milk chocolate, with a sweet and lingering finish.
