This specialty coffee comes from organic farms operated by cooperatives El Macizo and ASOBRIS in the Tolima department of Colombia. The plantations are located at altitudes between 1400-2100 meters above sea level, surrounded by three volcanic peaks. The beans mature in mineral-rich soils enriched by volcanic activity. Farmers use natural shading through co-cultivation with banana trees to protect biodiversity. The flavor profile features cherry, citrus, and delicate herbal notes characteristic of the best Andean coffees. This is a washed process Arabica coffee.
