This coffee is sourced from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta region in Colombia, grown by the Red Ecolsierra cooperative at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,900 meters. It is a washed, sun-dried Arabica coffee featuring a blend of Castillo, Colombia, Caturra, and Tabi varieties. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of cocoa nibs, roasted almonds, and a hint of delicate mandarin orange. This espresso roast offers a full-bodied, smooth, and well-rounded cup.
