A washed coffee produced by smallholders who are members of OCCICAFE Cooperative in the San Vicente region of Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,500–1,950 masl. The varieties are Castillo and Colombia. OCCICAFE classifies coffees into distinct grades based on cup score; those meeting the "regional plus" standard cup above 85 points with a moisture content of 10–11%. Whole bean, 200g.
