This coffee is grown in the southern highlands of Tolima, Colombia, at an altitude between 1,700 and 2,000 meters. It is a washed coffee produced by smallholder members of the Asprasar Cooperative. The cherries are hand-picked and processed on individual farms using traditional washed methods. This coffee is known for its balanced sweetness and bright acidity.

They roast in small batches on vintage Probat roasters, aiming to craft a future for coffee that is equitable and innovative.
