This natural processed, thermal shock Ombligon is from producer Nestor Lasso in Colombia. The coffee is an Ombligon variety micro-lot that uses a thermal shock processing method combined with natural processing. It features layered, high sweetness and intense flavor characteristics. This coffee propelled itself to the number one spot at the World Barista Championship in 2022 and has garnered many accolades since. The coffee is part of the Echelon program and was produced in partnership with Lohas in Colombia.
