A single-origin coffee from Monteblanco Farm in San Adolfo, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,730 masl by producer Rodrigo Sanchez. The Purple Caturra variety was selected for its high sugar content and suitability for microbial activity. Processed using an innovative Passion Fruit Washed method involving an eight-day fermentation culture made with passion fruit, chorupa (a native Huila fruit), molasses, and panela sugar. Flavor notes include passion fruit, yellow peach, nectarine, sweet lemon, apricot, and fig.

The roastery sources coffees including prized Geisha varieties and experimentally processed lots, bringing world coffee standards into daily life through an approach that treats specialty coffee less as a luxury and more as something accessible to everyone.
