A filter coffee from the Los Patios farm located in the Huila region of Colombia. The coffee, called Solistico, undergoes three stages of fermentation: the first is classic anaerobic fermentation, followed by a fermentation of a proprietary fruit juice under controlled conditions, which is then added to the coffee at the third and final fermentation stage. The result is a very clean and clear brew with strongly tropical flavor notes.
