This Geisha from Las Margaritas (Finca La Esperanza) in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia is a natural-processed single-origin coffee grown at 1650–1850 MASL. The cherries undergo a 72-hour open-tank fermentation, then are dried in mechanical dryers for 8–12 days at ~38°C and stored in climate-controlled warehouses. Tasting notes include plum, guava, pineapple, honey, jasmine, mango, and tangerine.
