The López family cultivates Caturra at 1900 m on their La Mina farm in Buesaco, Nariño. The washed process and raised-bed drying preserve the variety's bright, concentrated fruit character: pomegranate, mandarin orange, and nectarine carried by juicy acidity and aromatic spice.
