A 100% Geisha micro lot from La Estrella farm in Piijao, Quindio, Colombia, produced by Don Jairo Ivan Lopez at 1,700–2,000 meters altitude. Cherries were hand-picked and hand-sorted, then subjected to a dry anaerobic fermentation with CO2 added in grain pro bags for 48 hours, followed by sundrying on raised beds to 10.5% moisture content. Cupping notes include strawberry yogurt, orange cream, jasmine, orange blossom, spiced chocolate, and tropical fruit, with a juicy, smooth body and complex citrus and lactic acidity. Scored 93/100.
