This coffee is a Gesha from Huver Castillo's El Paseo farm in Nariño, Colombia. It undergoes a 210-hour anaerobic ferment with beer hops and sugarcane to develop layered florals and fruit. The notes highlighted include floral, green apple, and honey, with a vibrant, juicy profile. Beans are best consumed 7–30 days after roasting.
