This coffee is sourced from the Huila region in the Andes Mountains of southern Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1520-1650 meters. It is a Rainforest Alliance-certified lot consisting of Caturra and Typica varieties. The coffee is processed using traditional washed methods, where cherries are depulped and dried on raised beds. The resulting cup is lively and balanced, featuring gentle fruit sweetness with distinct tasting notes of red pear, white tea, and honey.
