A single origin coffee from Colombia's Cauca region, produced at Finca El Paraíso 92 by farmer Wilton Benitez at 1,700–1,800 meters above sea level. The variety is Caturra, processed using Koji fermentation (anaerobic). Flavor notes include blueberry, peach, lychee, rose, and passion fruit. Finca El Paraíso 92 is known for innovative processing methods including Koji fermentation and temperature-shifting techniques, supported by an on-site microbiology laboratory.
