This coffee is a Pacamara from Finca Zarza in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1650 meters, it is processed as Fermented Washed and roasted Light. Flavor notes include mandarin orange, peach, passionfruit, with silky texture and Yakult-like nuance, finishing with lemon candy.
