This coffee is a Caturra variety from Finca Campo Hermoso, located in the Circasia region of Quindio, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1650 meters by producer Edwin Norena, this lot undergoes a unique carbonic honey process with a green apple co-fermentation. The resulting cup features distinct flavor notes of green apple jolly rancher and basque cider.
