This coffee comes from AMACA (Associación de Mujeres Productoras Agropecuarias del Cauca), an association of over 150 women who produce coffee on small farms in the El Tambo region of Colombia. Located in the Western Cordillera Andes mountains of Colombia, specifically in the Cauca department, this washed coffee is produced by women smallholder farmers. The coffee is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
