This coffee is a single-variety Pink Bourbon from Huila, Colombia, produced by Reinel Borbon at 1850 MASL. The lot is washed processed and roasted to a Medium-Light level. Tasting notes highlight pink lemonade, tropical guava, and sweet panela, producing a bright, elegant cup with a sweet finish suited for both filter and espresso preparations.
