Varieties include Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia. Processed using the washed method and decaffeinated via the Ethyl Acetate (EA) sugar cane process, achieving a minimum 97% decaffeination level. Flavor notes include caramel, lemon, milk chocolate, and apple.
