Colombia Cerro Azul Honey Gesha

Colombia Cerro Azul Honey Gesha

Code Black Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is a Gesha variety from the Cerro Azul farm, located in the Caicedonia region of Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1700 to 2000 meters, the coffee is processed using the honey method, where cherries are pulped without water and dried in layered formations. This process highlights the exotic characteristics of the Gesha varietal, resulting in an elegant cup profile with distinct flavor notes of melon, white grape, and honey.
