This coffee is a single-origin selection from the Paraiso 92 farm in the Cauca region of Colombia. It undergoes a double anaerobic fermentation process with thermal shock, resulting in a complex and vibrant cup. The flavor profile is characterized by intense notes of ripe mango, passion fruit jam, pink guava, and rose tea, with a silky texture reminiscent of strawberry yogurt and white chocolate, finishing with a hint of rum. This light-roast coffee is highly aromatic and offers a clean, luxurious fruit-forward experience.
