This is a natural processed Castillo variety coffee from Colombia, produced by Carlos Arcilla from the Quindío region. Carlos comes from a famous coffee growing family. The coffee is described as balanced and sessionable with flavor notes of blackberry, tangerine, and dark chocolate.
The Good Coffee Cartel was established in 2017 in Glasgow, Scotland by co-founders Todd Whiteford and Courtney Patrick Brennan.
