The beans undergo a sugarcane decaffeination process, which uses ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee's inherent characteristics. This medium-dark roast offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of chocolate, caramel, and apricot.
